The first step in becoming a client is to take the
Free Self Test. When you complete the questionnaire, you will be directed to purchase the Neurogistics Brain Wellness Program that is right for you. The information that you provide when you purchase the program will automatically register you as a current client or member. Certain options become available to you immediately; while others, like purchasing products, are only available once you retrieve your Brain Wellness Report.What are the benefits “members” receive?
Our program is simple to do, but we have found that our clients appreciate the added information we provide. Tools that promote success are available to our members and would only be relevant to those on the program. Our products can be purchased only by our clients, since they are very specific to individual needs, and are taken only on the basis of the recommendations provided in the Brain Wellness Report. When you are a member, you have a special area of the website where your personal information is stored for you. This is confidential information and is only viewed by you. We make sure your privacy is maintained at all times. This area allows you to easily access and maintain your records, previous reports, and makes it easy to fill out a health profile, purchase recommended products, or just gather information.

What is the cost of the Neurogistics® Brain Wellness Program?
The total cost of this comprehensive program varies depending on which lab test is performed (ranging from $175-$293). The amino acids and other supplements that are recommended based on your Brain Wellness Report, average between $60 and $120 per month.

How do I get a neurotransmitter test kit?
Take the free online self-test to determine which lab test kit is appropriate for your needs. Once you have completed the self-test questionnaire, you will be able to order a test kit with the purchase of your Neurogistics Brain Wellness Program because that option will appear on the screen. The $49.95 charge for the Program includes the laboratory test kit, shipping and handling charges, and the Brain Wellness Report. We accept major credit cards. Your test kit will be mailed the day you order. The separate fee for processing the lab test is paid directly to the laboratory. A payment sheet is included in the test kit box so that a check, money order, or credit card may be used to pay the laboratory fee.
Should I stop taking my supplements or medication to take the lab test?
It is important to stay on any supplements or medications that you are prescribed. The lab test accounts for your use of these products and your Brain Wellness Report will be written to include them. Under no circumstances will Neurogistics recommend that you change your medication protocol. Please consult your physician for any medication issues.
How do I take my sample? Where do I send it?
The tools needed to collect and ship your sample, along with specific, easy-to-follow directions, are included in the lab test kit we send you. We suggest you read the directions thoroughly when they arrive, and plan to take the test as soon as possible. That way your results can be supplied to you in the most efficient manner.
Why do I need to send my lab sample the same day?
To insure the viability of the specimen it is essential that you send it the same day that you take your sample.
How long does it take to get my Brain Wellness Report?
Lab test results are provided to Neurogistics approximately 10 days from the time the sample arrives at the lab. Considering sample mailing time in the United States, most results are received by Neurogistics 15 days from the last business day it was mailed to the lab. The information from your Health Profile Questionnaire is then analyzed, along with the lab results, to determine your individualized program. Upon completion, the comprehensive report is stored in your private account on the Neurogistics website and we email you notification that it is complete and ready for you to retrieve it. The usual timing for the entire process is approximately 14 days. International clients are encouraged to use overnight freight services to ensure that their sample reaches the lab in Europe with 7 days. These international mailings are arranged and paid for by you.
What is so special about this type of lab test and why does it take so long for the test to be run?
The labs that run these highly sophisticated neurotransmitter tests usually run one neurotransmitter daily. Most tests include at least six neurotransmitters to be tested. There are only a few labs in the world that are equipped to run these complex tests. They have special equipment and processes not available at other types of labs. We rely on their expertise and reputation to ensure that we receive the most accurate results. As new innovations become available, they are the first to institute them and make the benefits available to our clients.
Usually, retesting is necessary six to eight weeks after beginning the program. Once desirable levels of neurotransmitters are met and symptoms are improved, retesting can be done once or twice yearly for optimal benefit.
How is this program different from taking medications?
Neurogistics’ products supply “the food” – in the form of targeted nutrients (amino acids) – which the brain uses to build neurotransmitters. Medications work in different ways. Our products are all natural, pharmaceutical grade, containing the highest quality ingredients. They are non-prescription and do not cause any side effects.
Can I continue to use medications on this program?
The Brain Wellness Program is compatible with most medications. However, we do ask you to list the medications you currently take, in order to determine the compatibility. The program works exceedingly well with most antidepressants, but we recommend that, as with any other program, you check with your doctor before embarking on the Brain Wellness Program.
How do I order my supplements?
Supplements are available for purchase when your Brain Wellness Report is furnished or, if you are a returning client already on the program, after you login you can access the Shopping Cart by pressing on the link for supplements and you will be able to order. Orders received before 11:00 a.m. Central time are usually shipped the same day.
How soon can I feel the results?
We are all individuals, and results, as with most programs, will vary from person to person. Some clients feel a difference in a few days of starting their program, while others take longer. However, it is extremely rare for clients to not feel a noticeable difference in some aspect of their lives. We highly recommend – and send regular reminders – that clients complete and revisit their Progress Monitor, which allows them to more accurately track their success. Often, when we start to feel better, we forget how bad we felt to begin with. The Progress Monitor is a good reminder.
How do I arrange for a phone consult?
Consultations are available with our Certified Practitioners for those clients who have a particular diagnosis or are on certain medications, or for those who simply prefer to work with a practitioner directly. Once you purchase your program – or at any time during your association with Neurogistics – you may request a consult referral. At that time you will be given the name and contact information for a trained clinician who can work with you as little or as much as you need or would like. You will contact their offices directly to schedule appointments and learn about their fee structure.

How long do I need to stay on the Brain Wellness Program?
There are three phases to our program: The first phase is a conditioning phase and the goal is to enhance the inhibitory neurotransmitter system to build a foundation. This phase can last anywhere from two to six weeks. The second phase is the excitatory phase. The goal in this phase is to either enhance or diminish the excitatory neurotransmitters so that both systems can function synergistically and in proper ratios. This phase can last anywhere from three to six months, depending on the client. The third phase is a maintenance phase in which the dosage of amino acids is typically reduced to maintain proper neurotransmitter levels.
